Job summary

Everlast Gyms, part of Frasers Group, is seeking a Sales & Retention Manager to drive membership growth, improve retention and boost club profitability. You will lead the sales agenda, coach teammates and ensure every member journey is seamless from enquiry to loyalty.

You’ll work with the General Manager to develop strategies, nurture local partnerships and deliver revenue across memberships and fitness products.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, membership, retail, hospitality or customer-focused leadership roles.
• Proven ability to influence performance and achieve commercial targets.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience in fitness, leisure or membership-based business.
• Knowledge of lead generation, sales conversion and retention strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead membership growth and engagement across the club.
• Coach colleagues to maximise sales performance and conversion.
• Drive membership sales through effective lead management and engagement.
• Monitor KPIs and implement action plans to hit targets.
• Deliver regular sales updates to the leadership team.
• Drive revenue across memberships, fitness products and ancillary spend.
