Job summary

Everlast Gyms is part of Frasers Group, a leading UK retail and fitness business. A Sales & Retention Manager will own membership growth, retention and club profitability, collaborating with the General Manager and leadership to drive commercial success and memorable member experiences.

The role emphasizes leading sales activity, coaching teams, and building partnerships to deliver sustainable growth and strong KPI performance across the club.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, membership, retail, hospitality or customer-focused leadership roles.
• Proven ability to influence performance and achieve commercial targets.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Commercial mindset and confidence working with KPIs and performance data.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sales Performance: champion the fundamentals sales process, coach staff to maximise sales, drive memberships, monitor KPIs, deliver updates and drive revenue across memberships and products.
• Drive Member Retention: create initiatives to improve engagement and retention, analyze trends and ensure excellent member experience.
• Grow the Business: develop lead-generation, build relationships with local businesses and communities, support marketing initiatives to increase awareness and growth.
• Lead and Develop Others: coach and mentor colleagues, foster a high-performance culture, support recruitment and development.
• Support Club Operations: assist GM with day-to-day operations, safety/compliance, facilities and service standards.
