Job summary

Everlast Gyms, part of Frasers Group, seeks a Sales & Retention Manager to lead membership growth and member engagement across the club. You will work with the General Manager and leadership team to boost acquisition, retention and profitability, while coaching colleagues to maximise sales performance and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

• Experience in sales, membership, retail, hospitality or customer-focused leadership roles.
• Proven ability to influence performance and achieve commercial targets.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Commercial mindset and confidence working with KPIs and performance data.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Positive, resilient and solutions-focused approach.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Owns membership growth, member engagement and club profitability.
• Develops strategies with GM to drive acquisition and retention.
