Job summary

Everlast Gyms is seeking a Sales & Retention Manager to drive membership growth, enhance retention and improve the club's commercial performance. Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead sales activity, coach staff and ensure a seamless member journey from enquiry to loyalty.

This hands-on leadership role combines commercial thinking, people leadership and customer experience to maximize club performance and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, membership, retail, hospitality or customer-focused leadership roles.
• Proven ability to influence performance and achieve commercial targets.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Commercial mindset and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales performance with the FUNDAMENTALS process across the club.
• Drive member retention through engagement initiatives and campaigns.
• Grow the business by developing lead generation and partnerships.
• Lead and develop team through coaching, mentoring and feedback.
• Support club operations in collaboration with the General Manager.
