Job summary

Everlast Gyms, part of Frasers Group, is seeking a Sales & Retention Manager to own membership growth, drive engagement and improve club profitability. You’ll work with the General Manager and leadership team to shape strategies that boost acquisition, retention and commercial results.

You’ll lead the Fundamentals sales process, coach colleagues, manage leads and monitor KPIs. The role focuses on memberships, fitness products and secondary spend, with a strong emphasis on exceptional member

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, membership or customer-focused leadership roles.
• Proven ability to influence performance and hit commercial targets.
• Strong leadership, coaching and communication skills.
• Comfort with KPIs, data and performance monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead and improve membership sales across the club.
• Coach colleagues to maximise sales performance and conversions.
• Develop member engagement strategies to boost retention.
• Analyse retention trends and member behaviour for growth opportunities.
• Support local marketing and lead-generation activities.
• Deliver regular performance updates to the leadership team.
• Ensure exceptional member experiences throughout the fitness journey.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and development of future talent.
