Job summary

Everlast Gyms, part of Frasers Group, is seeking a Sales & Retention Manager to drive membership growth and improve member retention across the club. Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead sales activity, coach teammates and ensure a seamless member journey from enquiry to long-term loyalty.

This is a hands-on leadership role combining commercial thinking, people leadership and customer experience to maximise club performance and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, membership, retail, hospitality or customer‑focused leadership roles.
• Proven ability to influence performance and achieve commercial targets.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Commercial mindset and confidence working with KPIs and performance data.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales performance across the club with the FUNDAMENTALS sales process.
• Drive membership sales through lead management and member engagement.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve acquisition, retention and profitability.
• Coach and mentor colleagues to maximise performance and conversion.
• Support day-to-day operations and uphold high service standards.
