Job summary

Everlast Gyms, part of Frasers Group, is opening a new club and recruiting a Sales & Retention Manager. You will drive membership growth, oversee sales activity and coach staff to achieve ambitious targets, while ensuring a seamless member journey from enquiry to loyalty.

You will report to the General Manager and shape strategies to boost acquisition, retention and overall club profitability, leading a high-performance team in a fast-paced fitness environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and leadership roles.
• Proven ability to drive membership growth and meet targets.
• Strong customer focus with for-member journeys.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales activity to acquire and retain members.
• Coach and develop team to maximise conversion and performance.
• Develop strategies to grow membership and improve profitability.
• Monitor KPIs and present updates to leadership.
• Drive revenue across memberships, fitness products and services.
