Job summary

Everlast Gyms is seeking a Sales & Retention Manager to own membership growth, engagement and profitability across the club. You will work with the General Manager to implement strategies for acquisition, retention and financial performance, leading the sales team and driving revenue from memberships, products and services.

You will coach colleagues, monitor KPIs, deliver performance updates to the leadership team, and build a high-performance culture focused on member satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales leadership and driving commercial targets.
• Proven ability to influence performance and deliver results.
• Strong leadership and coaching capabilities for teams.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive sales performance across the club, coaching staff and optimizing conversions.
• Develop member retention initiatives and analyse trends to improve loyalty.
• Grow the business through lead generation and community partnerships.
• Lead, mentor and develop club staff to maintain high service standards.
• Support day-to-day club operations and ensure safety and cleanliness.
