Job summary

Everlast Gyms is seeking a Sales & Retention Manager to drive membership growth, boost member engagement and enhance the club's commercial performance. Reporting to the General Manager, you'll lead sales activity and coach colleagues to deliver exceptional customer journeys from first enquiry to long-term loyalty.

This hands-on leadership role requires commercial thinking, people leadership and a passion for fitness.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, membership, retail, hospitality or customer-focused leadership roles.
• Proven ability to influence performance and achieve commercial targets.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Fundamentals sales process across the club and drive sales performance.
• Coach and develop colleagues to maximise sales and conversion.
• Drive membership sales through lead management and engagement.
• Monitor KPIs and implement plans to hit targets.
• Deliver regular sales updates to the leadership team.
• Drive revenue across memberships and fitness products.
• Create initiatives to improve member engagement and retention.
• Develop relationships with local businesses and communities to grow the club.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding and development of future talent.
• Support day-to-day operations with GM and ensure standards.
