Job summary

Everlast Gyms is seeking a Sales & Retention Manager to drive membership growth and improve retention, reporting to the General Manager. You’ll lead sales activity, coach colleagues, and ensure every member journey is seamless from enquiry to loyalty.

This hands-on leadership role combines commercial thinking, people leadership and customer experience to maximise club performance and deliver sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, membership, retail, hospitality or customer-focused leadership roles.
• Proven ability to influence performance and achieve commercial targets.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Commercial mindset and confidence working with KPIs and performance data.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sales Performance across the club and drive membership sales and revenue growth.
• Drive member retention through initiatives and data-driven campaigns.
• Grow the business by creating lead-generation activities and partnerships.
• Lead, coach and develop club staff to deliver high service standards.
• Support operations and ensure health, safety and compliance with company standards.
