You’ll shape the customer journey, improve member value, and use insight and data to deliver strategic growth across engagement, retention, and lifetime value.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in membership, subscription, loyalty, CRM, or customer growth roles.
• Strong understanding of membership/subscription models and driving acquisition and retention.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actions.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall membership and subscription strategy with a focus on growth and retention.
• Develop and continually improve the membership proposition to stay relevant and compelling.
• Identify opportunities to increase membership, engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value.
• Ensure members receive an excellent experience across every stage of their journey.
• Use customer insight and data to understand behaviour and inform improvements.
• Collaborate with commercial, marketing, digital and customer teams to deliver initiatives.
• Monitor performance and use data to inform commercial decisions.
• Lead initiatives to improve customer engagement and subscription performance.
• Bring new ideas to evolve the membership experience.
