Recruitment Solutions (NW) Ltd is seeking a Head of Membership & Subscription to own the end-to-end membership proposition and drive growth. You’ll shape the customer journey, use insights to boost value, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver enhancements across engagement and retention.

You’ll analyze data to inform commercial decisions, identify opportunities to increase lifetime value, and collaborate with marketing, commercial, and digital colleagues to create an outstanding member
