EVERLAST GYMS is seeking a Sales & Retention Manager in Croydon to lead sales initiatives, drive membership growth, and maximise retention. You will report to the General Manager and guide the team from the frontline to senior leadership, embedding sales excellence and member-first journeys.

The role focuses on growing revenue from memberships, products and services while building local partnerships and delivering monthly sales updates to the management team.

Responsibilities

• Advocate and deliver FUNDAMENTALS sales process; coach team.
