Job summary

Everlast Gyms in the UK is seeking a Sales & Retention Manager to drive membership growth, boost engagement and improve club profitability. Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead the sales process, coach colleagues and ensure a seamless member journey from enquiry to long-term loyalty.

This hands-on leadership role blends commercial thinking with people leadership and customer experience to maximise performance.

Qualifications

Experience in sales, membership, hospitality or customer-focused leadership roles.
Proven ability to influence performance and achieve commercial targets.
Strong leadership and coaching skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead Sales Performance: champion sales process, coach staff, drive membership sales and monitor KPIs.
Drive Member Retention: create initiatives to improve engagement and loyalty, analyse retention trends.
Grow the Business: lead lead-generation, develop local partnerships and support campaigns.
Lead And Develop Others: coach, mentor, and build a high-performance culture.
Support Club Operations: assist with day-to-day operations, health & safety and standards.
