Job summary

Everlast Gyms, part of Frasers Group, seeks a Sales & Retention Manager to drive membership growth, engage members and boost club performance. You will report to the General Manager, lead sales activity, coach colleagues, and ensure the member journey from enquiry to loyalty is seamless.

You will build local partnerships, manage lead generation, retention campaigns and oversee KPI-driven strategies to grow the business, maintain high service standards and contribute to a high-performance

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, membership or customer-focused leadership roles.
• Proven ability to influence performance and achieve targets.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Commercial mindset with confidence in KPIs and data.

Responsibilities

• Own membership growth and engagement across the club.
• Develop strategies to improve acquisition, retention and profitability.
• Champion and deliver the FUNDAMENTALS sales process.
• Coach colleagues to maximise sales performance and conversions.
• Drive revenue across memberships and fitness products.
• Monitor KPIs and present updates to leadership.
• Lead initiatives to increase member loyalty and retention.
