Job summary

Everlast Gyms, part of Frasers Group, is hiring a Sales Host to grow membership and deliver exceptional customer experiences in our Bracebridge club. You will welcome prospects, tour facilities, promote products and services, and help members achieve their fitness goals while supporting retention initiatives.

You will act as a brand ambassador, drive sales, handle enquiries, and collaborate with the club team to hit targets and create a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• Passion for fitness, customer service and sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Positive, confident and outgoing personality.
• Target-driven mindset with a desire to achieve results.
• Strong organisational and administration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and Bank Holidays.
• Previous experience in sales, hospitality, retail, leisure or customer service.
• Experience working toward sales or performance targets.
• Knowledge of membership sales or customer retention principles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional experiences that convert prospects into members.
• Drive membership sales, renewals, upgrades and secondary spend opportunities.
• Conduct tailored club tours based on individual fitness goals and needs.
• Use effective questioning, rapport building and objection handling techniques.
• Follow up enquiries and leads to maximise membership conversion.
• Build strong relationships with members to improve retention and engagement.
• Support the delivery of club sales and retention targets.
