Everlast Gyms is seeking a Sales Host in Bracebridge to drive membership growth and deliver outstanding member experiences. You will welcome prospects, support existing members, and promote products and services to help people reach their fitness goals.

As part of Frasers Group, you will collaborate with the club team to achieve sales targets, contribute to a positive culture, and participate in training opportunities to progress within the business.

Qualifications

• Passion for fitness, customer service and sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Target-driven with a focus on achieving results.
• Flexible approach to working weekends and holidays.
• Experience in sales, hospitality, retail, leisure or customer service.
• Knowledge of membership sales or customer retention principles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional experiences that convert prospects into members.
• Drive membership sales, renewals, upgrades and secondary spend.
• Conduct tailored club tours based on fitness goals.
• Use effective questioning and rapport building.
• Follow up enquiries to maximise conversion.
• Build relationships to improve retention and engagement.
• Support delivery of club sales and retention targets.
• Provide friendly, professional environment for members and guests.
