Everlast Gyms is seeking a Sales Host to grow our membership community by delivering outstanding member experiences and driving sales. You’ll act as a brand ambassador, welcoming prospects, supporting existing members and promoting products and services to help people reach their goals.

This role focuses on converting prospects, renewing memberships, upgrading plans and driving secondary spend while maintaining exceptional service standards across the club.

Qualifications

• Passion for fitness, customer service and sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Target-driven mindset with a desire to achieve results.
• Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Experience in sales, hospitality, retail, leisure or customer service.
• Experience using sales or booking systems.

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional experiences that convert prospects into members.
• Drive membership sales, renewals, upgrades and secondary spend opportunities.
• Conduct tailored club tours based on individual fitness goals and needs.
• Use effective questioning, rapport building and objection handling techniques.
• Follow up enquiries and leads to maximise membership conversion.
• Build strong relationships with members to improve retention and engagement.
• Support the delivery of club sales and retention targets.
