Job summary

Everlast Gyms is seeking a Sales Host to convert prospects into members and deliver outstanding experiences at the club. The role focuses on driving membership growth, renewals and upselling while supporting member retention and engagement.

You will act as a brand ambassador, delivering excellent service to members, guests and prospects, and contribute to a high-performance culture within Frasers Group brands. Weekend and Bank Holiday availability is required.

• Deliver exceptional experiences that convert prospects into members.
• Drive membership sales, renewals, upgrades and secondary spend opportunities.
• Conduct tailored club tours based on individual fitness goals and needs.
• Use effective questioning, rapport building and objection handling techniques.
• Follow up enquiries and leads to maximise membership conversion.
• Build strong relationships with members to improve retention and engagement.
• Support the delivery of club sales and retention targets.
