Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maximise every member and guest’s experience in our club.
• Support the sales and retention of memberships through excellent customer service.
• Contribute to the cleaning and hygiene standards of the club as required.
• Be a competent key holder, covering shifts as needed.
• Have a good understanding of the membership software system.
• Stay updated with current Fitness Challenges, Class descriptions, and gym floor focus; participate in these activities.
• Support the Fitness Manager with Gym Floor duties.
• Experience the products and services on offer.
• Maintain cleanliness of the facilities above expectations, actively participating in upkeep with team support.
• Drive secondary spend KPI targets.
• Handle member complaints competently and inform the relevant manager.
