Everlast Gyms is looking for a Sales Host to grow our membership community by delivering outstanding member experiences, driving sales and supporting retention. You’ll welcome prospects, assist existing members and promote products that help people achieve fitness goals.

This role suits someone passionate about sales, fitness and customer service, with career progression in a fast-growing fitness business. You’ll join a high-performance culture that rewards ambition.

Qualifications

• Passion for fitness, customer service and sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver experiences that convert prospects into members and drive sales.
• Renewals, upgrades and secondary spend opportunities.
• Conduct tailored club tours based on fitness goals.
• Follow up inquiries to maximise conversions and retention.
• Build relationships to improve member engagement.
• Support club sales targets and day-to-day operations.
• Act as a brand ambassador delivering exceptional service.
