Job summary

Everlast Gyms in Scotland is recruiting a Sales Host to create outstanding member experiences while driving membership growth and retention. You will act as a brand ambassador, welcoming prospects and supporting our commercial goals with proactive service.

The role focuses on converting enquiries, delivering tours, promoting products and services, and collaborating with the club team to hit sales and retention targets.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional experiences that convert prospects into members.
• Drive membership sales, renewals, upgrades and secondary spend opportunities.
• Conduct tailored club tours based on individual fitness goals and needs.
• Use effective questioning, rapport building and objection handling techniques.
• Follow up enquiries and leads to maximise membership conversion.
• Build strong relationships with members to improve retention and engagement.
• Support the delivery of club sales and retention targets.
