Job summary

Yorkshire Building Society in Ripon is seeking a Customer Service Advisor on a 12 month fixed term. You’ll help members find the right products and services, support accounts across in-branch, phone and online channels, and contribute to a positive member experience.

The role starts with training in Richmond Branch, with some travel within the network. We value empathy, adaptability and a growth mindset, focusing on service over sales targets in a collaborative, community-minded team.
