Job description

As a Meetings and Events (M&E) Porter you'll be a face of the hotel, so we want you to bring your warm and friendly personality to work with you every day. Take a deep breath because you'll be stepping into a busy role! This is a hands‑on position within the M&E department; with great attention to detail you'll be setting up, refreshing and clearing rooms to the high Leonardo standard! You'll work as part of a vibrant team to ensure all guests have a first‑class experience with us.

  • Have great communication skills: you'll be greeting organisers, ensuring guests' needs are met and working with others to achieve the department's KPIs
