A prominent healthcare trust in Rickmansworth is seeking a motivated individual to provide administrative support, ensuring effective recruitment and advisory service in the medical staffing team. Responsibilities include developing relationships with Line Managers and promoting the Trust's professional image. Medical Staffing Team provide a professional and confidential HR service to all doctors in the Trust, supporting recruitment, Junior Doctors' rotations, Medical Revalidation, appraisal and Job planning. To work with the Medical Staffing Manager to ensure the provision of a comprehensive and customer focussed medical staffing service to the Trust.
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about developing a career within the team. The post holder will need to be highly organised with close attention to detail, have good administrative skills and have experience of working in a busy office, often to tight deadlines.
Applicants should have experience of office procedures with minimal supervision and demonstrate ability to prioritise work tasks with good communication and interpersonal skills. The role may require some travel to various Trust sites and potential candidates should also really enjoy being sociable and meeting new people.
The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is the only acute Hospital in the London Borough of Hillingdon and offers a wide range of services including accident and emergency, inpatient care, day surgery, outpatient clinics and maternity services. The Trust's services at Mount Vernon Hospital include routine day surgery, delivered at a modern treatment centre, a minor injuries unit and outpatient clinics.
