A leading healthcare provider in the United Kingdom is looking for an Administrative Coordinator to support educational programmes and provide front of house services. The role involves managing bookings, assisting with events, and maintaining records. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of administrative experience and excellent organisational skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Epsom and St Helier Postgraduate Medical Centre (PGMC) offers a comprehensive educational programme for doctors in training as well as activities to support the Continuous Professional Development (CPD) of locally employed doctors (LEDs), medical consultants and general practitioners (GP).
The postholder will be a key member of the team, providing front of house services and supporting the educational programmes for local doctors.
This is a customer facing role and the postholder will provide a front of house service for the postgraduate medical centres including answering queries face‑to‑face, over the telephone and via email, processing room bookings, setting up and closing down rooms and any ad‑hoc requirements to ensure training rooms meet users needs.
