A national health service based in Bletchley seeks a proactive administrative officer to provide essential support to the multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include typing letters and reports, managing referrals, and maintaining confidential records. The ideal candidate will have GCSEs in Mathematics and English, along with experience in administrative roles within a healthcare setting. Attention to detail and effective communication skills are crucial, making this a vital role in supporting patient care and service delivery.
To be responsible forundertaking a wide range of secretarial and administrative duties and theprovision of administrative support to the multidisciplinary team. Duties can include but are not limited to,the processing of information (electronic and hard copy) in a timely manner,liaising with multidisciplinary team members and external agencies such assecondary care and community service providers in accordance with currentpolicies, including the use of the electronic referral service (ERS).

Job Summary
Responsible for carrying out a broad range of secretarial and administrative tasks, providing comprehensive support to the extended teams. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, timely processing/actioning of information in both electronic and paper formats, effective communication with team members and external agencies such as secondary care and community service providers, and adherence to current policies. A high degree of confidentiality, sensitivity, discretion and tact is required in this role.
