This full-time role offers training in various media specialties including digital and TV planning. THE OPPORTUNITY: Following another incredibly successful year of growth, Medialab is launching another Bootcamp intake. Join the UK’s leading independent media agency on the Medialab Bootcamp training scheme. This is a permanent, full-time role with opportunities to specialise in one of three areas.
You’ll join our growing Media Planning team, getting hands-on campaign planning and activation early on, with training to introduce you to the world of Media Planning & Buying. You will obtain best-in-class industry qualifications with IPA (Institute of Practitioners in Advertising), Thinkbox TV Masters and Google fundamentals qualification.

As a Media Planning Bootcamper, you will join our client teams to learn their craft on a day-to-day basis. You will also gain exposure to specialist media channel teams across TV, print, digital and social media planning, and work to deliver campaigns across multiple channels. You will develop the ability to build relationships, manage multiple work streams and collaborate with your team, while gaining early exposure to clients and building trust.
We are looking for ambitious individuals who are passionate about multi-channel marketing and hungry to learn. We don’t mind if you are a school leaver or graduate; if this is your first role or you have some experience, show proactivity and a hunger for learning and we will provide a platform to kick start your career at a leading and award-winning media agency.
Please note that our Bootcamp scheme offers three routes of training and job roles: Digital Planning Executive, Media Planning Executive, or TV/AV Buying Executive. If you are unsure which is best, apply for the one you are most drawn to, and we can discuss this in your initial call with HR.
