Overview

Service Engineer required

Full Time, Permanent | No Weekends

Salary: £36,500

Hours: Monday-Thursday: 8:15am-4:45pm

Friday: 8:15am-3:45pm

Location: Lisburn

Responsibilities

• Service and repair of product (in-house and on customer premises)
• Provide technical support to customers by phone
• Maintain accurate and legible service records
• Ensure a professional and courteous approach with all customers
• Manage stock within service vans
• Support in-house builds as required
• Deliver and commission new machines for customers
• Maintain cleanliness and order of company service vans
• Undertake any other reasonable duties to support business operations

Person Specification

• Mechanical and electrical knowledge essential; experience working with engines highly desirable
• Minimum 5 years' service experience preferred
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with a 'can do' attitude
• Technically competent, methodical, and self-organised
• Effective team player
• Full driving licence required
