£75,000 - £85,000 + £5,000 Travel Allowance + Bonus + Healthcare

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join a respected M&E Building Services contractor delivering mechanical upgrade and replacement projects within a major data centre environment in Hemel Hempstead.

The employer is a long-established contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality mechanical projects across commercial, critical environments and occupied buildings. Their newly developed Data Centre division is experiencing rapid growth, offering long-term opportunities for progression and development.

The Role

You will oversee the delivery of mechanical upgrade, refurbishment and replacement works within a live data centre environment, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing mechanical projects ranging from £100k - £3m
  • Overseeing mechanical upgrades, replacements and system improvements
  • Working within a live, critical environment with strict compliance procedures
  • Managing labour, materials, subcontractors and project documentation
  • Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget
  • Providing ongoing communication with clients and internal teams
  • Overseeing works within occupied commercial environments where required
About You
  • Mechanical Project Manager or Mechanical Contracts Manager background
