The Role:

You’ll be responsible for PPM and Reactive Maintenance on critical building services, including UPS, plumbing, boilers, cooling towers, FCUs/AHUs, and heating systems. Duties include overseeing subcontractors and participating in an out-of-hours call‑out rota.
