A nationwide service provider is looking for a Mechanical Lifecycle Works Project Manager to lead the delivery of essential projects in a healthcare environment. You will ensure projects are well-planned and meet high safety standards, actively ensuring critical hospital infrastructure functions effectively. Qualifications

• Experience in Private Finance Initiative (PFI) environments, ideally in healthcare.
• Strong operational and project delivery experience in Hard FM.
• Ability to interpret technical issues and propose solutions.
• Well-developed financial and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver Mechanical Lifecycle Works projects.
• Support planning and implementation of Lifecycle project works.
• Prepare tender documentation and evaluate tender returns.
• Liaise with trust representatives and external consultants.
