Job Title: Mechanical Engineer

Location: Central London

Terms: Mon-Fri 8:00am - 5:00pm

Salary/Rate: £45,000 - £46,000 depending on qualifications and experience

About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and diligent Mechanical Engineer to be based on a high-end commercial site in Central London. The role involves overseeing the team and liaising with the Site Supervisor on day-to-day duties.

Responsibilities:
  • Work as part of a team on a commercial site as an M&E Engineer
  • Perform PPM and reactive maintenance
  • Manage PPM schedules, logbooks, and ensure compliance
Candidate Requirements:
  • Client-facing experience (interaction with clients or customers)
  • Experience working within a team in the facilities maintenance industry
  • Strong background in building services
