A well-established maintenance provider renowned for their prestigious contracts is currently recruiting for a Mechanical Engineer on a blue-chip building in Central London. This reputable company values internal promotion and is looking to expand its Mechanical Engineering team.
We are seeking a reliable and diligent Mechanical Engineer to be based on a high-end commercial site in Central London. The role involves overseeing the team and liaising with the Site Supervisor on day-to-day duties.
- Work as part of a team on a commercial site as an M&E Engineer
- Perform PPM and reactive maintenance
- Manage PPM schedules, logbooks, and ensure compliance
- Client-facing experience (interaction with clients or customers)
- Experience working within a team in the facilities maintenance industry
- Strong background in building services
