A global contract research organization is seeking a Mechanical Engineer in Margate, United Kingdom. This role involves the maintenance and modification of mechanical services and equipment, focusing on plumbing and pipe fitting. Salary D.O.E + On Call Allowance
Rota - 35 Hrs per week
Monday - Thursday 8.00 am - 4.30 pm
Friday 8.00 am - 1.00 pm
Out of hours callouts - rostered - 1 in 4 weeks (Paid at additional rate)

Overall responsibility: To be responsible for the maintenance and modification of all site mechanical services and equipment as directed by the Maintenance Manager. To carry out mechanical repairs, tests and reports as and when necessary, with a heavy emphasis on plumbing, pipe fitting and steam.
