A vehicle repair company in Thurrock is offering an apprenticeship for aspiring MET technicians. Apprentices will work closely with fully qualified technicians to learn how to prepare and paint vehicle panels, and identify and repair mechanical and electrical components. The program lasts 30 months with a Monday to Friday schedule, providing hands-on experience in a professional environment.
Apprentices will be working alongside fully qualified MET technicians to be fully trained in preparing and painting repaired panels. The role is to identify damaged mechanical and electrical components on a damaged car/light commercial vehicle and remove and refit these components before and after body repair work has been carried out.
