Remuneration:
£50,000 - £60,000 DOE + van / fuel card / package

Overview of Role:
The business has a great opportunity for a Mechanical Contracts Manager to join them on a permanent basis, based in their Belfast office with site visits in Dublin 1 or 2 days per week required. The role will be split between the office and site. The Mechanical Contracts Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects at any given time; projects are varied across multiple sectors.

Qualifications Required:

• Degree qualified or other relevant qualifications
• Extensive experience working as a Mechanical Contracts Manager
• Relevant qualifications
• CSR Card
• Full clean driving licence
• Able to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Excellent management skills
• Good IT Skills to enable flow of information between those involved in the project, particularly Microsoft Outlook
• Happy to go down to Dublin 1 or 2 days a week for site visits
