Mechanical Associate Director - £80 - 95k + Bonus + Package

I am currently working in partnership with an International MEP Consultancy who are looking to appoint a Mechanical Associate Director into their expanding London City office.

Having opened their first office over 10 years ago they now have offices located throughout the UK, UAE, and Asia whilst employing 600 engineers. The plan for them is to continue their growth in these current offices whilst opening several other offices throughout America and Australia.

They are renowned for working on Data Centre projects and as a Mechanical Associate Director, you will be leading Data Centre projects throughout the UK and Europe. You will be in a client-facing position, managing projects, involved in resources, fees, and budgets, and managing a team of engineers whilst growing it around you.

My client's business model allows their staff to commit their expertise to their projects without getting bogged down in general management activities and unnecessary paperwork which allows their engineers to do what they do best, design and deliver.
