Job description

You’ll play a key role in ensuring our machinery runs smoothly and efficiently, maintaining top product quality while upholding strict hygiene and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor butter production machinery such as mixers, cooling towers, and packaging lines.
• Adjust machine settings via PLC or manual controls according to product and batch requirements.
• Conduct regular efficiency and safety checks to optimise performance and yield.
• Monitor the texture, temperature, and consistency of spreadable butter throughout processing.
• Collect samples for lab testing to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
• Liaise with maintenance and production management teams when required.
• Follow strict hygiene protocols in line with HACCP, BRC, and GMP standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues across production, materials, and quality teams.
