Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Mechanical And Electrical Manager to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.

We are looking for a Mechanical And Electrical Manager who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.

Responsibilities

• Supervising a team of engineers to deliver routine maintenance tasks and reactive work.
• Identifying remedial work from PPMs and ensuring completion in a timely manner in line with SLAs.
• Managing sub-contractors and specialist suppliers while onsite.
• Ensuring all tasks are carried out in accordance with Health and Safety procedures, Codes of Practice, and Statutory Regulations.
• Monitoring, coordinating, and managing specialist and sub-contractor services, including scheduled audits to ensure value-for-money service delivery.
• Ensuring compliance with Permit to Work Systems.
• Completing all work-related documentation accurately and on time, from job initiation through to completion, closure, and billing.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supervising Hard FM services in commercial or industrial properties.
• Relevant technical qualifications or equivalent experience in Mechanical services.
• Understanding of Health and Safety best practices.
• Ability to lead by example, including conducting toolbox talks and safe systems of work.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality services in line with SLAs, budgets, and client expectations.
