A leading rodizio restaurant in Birmingham is seeking a personable and conscientious Gaucho/a Chef to join their grill team. You will be responsible for cooking and serving a selection of grilled meats directly at guests' tables, ensuring a fantastic dining experience. Serving a selection of up to fifteen meats including sirloin, fillet, rump, chicken, lamb, pork and ribeye, we are passionate about tailoring our meat service to the needs of each individual guest we serve.

We are looking for a personable and conscientious Gaucho/a Chef to join our Fazenda team. Our Gaucho/a Chefs form part of our grill team and are responsible for the cooking and serving of our meats. The grill and our meats are at the heart of what we do. Our team of Gaucho/a Chefs grill, serve and carve the finest selection of meats directly at our guests’ tables, with all the tradition behind the unique Brazilian way of serving. Although experience is great, it isn’t essential as full training will be provided, so long as you are friendly and have a passion for guests you’ll fit right in!
A good level of English is required for this role. The advertised wage is inclusive of a basic wage of £12.26 per hour, plus anticipated tronc of £3.95 per hour.
