• Support learners with a wide range of prior educational experiences and abilities
• Develop learners' confidence, employability skills and functional numeracy
• Differentiate work to meet diverse learning needs and goals
• Track progress, complete assessments and maintain accurate records

• Create a calm, respectful and safe classroom environment

• A recognised teaching or tutoring qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
