Career Teachers is currently seeking dedicated and qualified Maths educators to join our network of secondary schools across Leeds and surrounding areas. We offer a range of flexible teaching opportunities, including day-to-day supply, short-term cover, and long-term placements, tailored to suit your availability and career aspirations.

Position Details:

• Role: Maths Teacher (KS3 & KS4)
• Location: Leeds and surrounding areas
• Start Date: Immediate and ongoing
• Contract Type: Temporary (full-time or part-time)
• Daily Rate: £150 to £223, dependent on experience and assignment

Essential Criteria:

• PGCE or QTS is essential
• Proven experience teaching Maths at Key Stage 3 and 4 (KS5 experience advantageous)
• Strong classroom management and student engagement skills
• Comprehensive understanding of the UK curriculum
• Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain)
• Legal right to work in the UK
• Two professional references covering the last three years
