Responsibilities

• Receive, store, and distribute food, beverage, and equipment.
• Lead shift supervisors and manage training and development.
• Maintain inventory levels and reduce waste using FIFO.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP and health & safety standards.
• Conduct wastage reviews and manage supplier meetings.
• Control labour costs through smart rostering.
• Provide weekly and monthly reports for decision-making.
