Are you an experienced Materials Manager who is looking to make an impact in an established and growing manufacturing business? Are you an experienced and motivated Senior Materials / Supply Chain Manager and able to lead a small supply chain team? If so, this may be the role for you.

Job Purpose

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing supply chain operations and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

This is a senior leadership role and will require strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills.

As part of this diverse role, you’ll be expected to work across two sites supporting the supply chain function in both areas. In return, you’ll receive a competitive benefits package and the opportunity to grow your skills while working on a range of interesting projects.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
  • Develop a strong working relationship with all levels of employees and promote a culture of engagement across the company and the wider group.
  • Meet all productivity targets, reduce unit costs, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Manage timely data collection to update operations metrics.
  • Problem resolution.
  • Implementation of career development plans for all direct reports.
