  • Complete QC reports, document findings clearly and accurately, and ensure that issues are properly flagged and categorized.
  • Spot-check and validate the accuracy of QC findings and metrics to support overall quality standards.
  • Verify issues related to audio/video/subtitle sync, validate HDR and Dolby Vision compliance, and monitor technical parameters using scopes and analyzers.
  • Ensure QC operations follow all relevant client and internal specifications for video, audio, subtitle, and security compliance.
Operational Support
  • Support QC activities by providing status updates on tasks, issues, and risks.
  • Follow established workflows, schedules, and task assignments to help meet delivery SLAs.

  • Ensure secure handling of all media assets in strict adherence to company and client security policies and report any suspected security issues immediately.
Training and Team Collaboration
  • Participate in training sessions focused on technical skills, workflows, and quality expectations.
  • Share technical knowledge and best practices with other QC Technicians, helping to foster a collaborative, quality-focused team environment (without formal supervisory responsibilities).

Qualifications
