Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior Director Brand Marketing to lead Efekta’s brand strategy and global brand marketing execution. This role will shape how Efekta is positioned across its key audiences and markets - LATAM, Middle East & Asia, drive integrated brand campaigns that support growth, and strengthen the connection between brand, product, sales and customer experience.

The Senior Director Brand Marketing will set the brand vision, elevate storytelling and go-to-market consistency, and build a high-performing team that delivers measurable impact across awareness, consideration, engagement and long-term loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to ensure brand strategy aligns with the overall marketing vision, business priorities, and global expansion goals.
  • Own and evolve Efekta’s brand strategy, positioning, and messaging across global markets, ensuring clarity, consistency, and resonance with target audiences.
  • Lead the development and execution of global brand marketing plans and integrated campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and product adoption.
  • Translate business and product priorities into clear go-to-market narratives and differentiated, audience-specific value propositions.
  • Oversee brand storytelling across all key channels—including content, digital, social, events, partnerships, and employer brand touchpoints.
  • Ensure brand initiatives are grounded in customer insight, research, and performance data, with measurable KPIs and a continuous optimization mindset.
  • Guide the creation of core brand assets, guidelines, and scalable frameworks to support consistent global execution with local relevance.
  • Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing brand marketing team, while managing external agency and partner relationships as needed.
  • Represent the Efekta brand externally at industry events, with strategic partners, and on other public-facing platforms as appropriate.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in brand marketing leadership, ideally within technology, EdTech, digital products or fast-growing global businesses.
  • Strong track record of building brand strategy and delivering global campaigns that drive measurable outcomes.
  • Experience working across the full funnel and partnering effectively with Product and Sales on go-to-market.
  • Demonstrated strength in customer insight, narrative development and integrated marketing planning.
  • High standards for creative and content quality, combined with a data-informed approach to decision-making.
  • Proven people leadership and experience building and developing teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills in complex, matrixed and international environments.
  • Proven successful experience in the targeted markets of LATAM, Middle East & Asia .
  • Experience in education and language learning.
  • Experience in brand transformation or scaling a brand across multiple markets.
  • Familiarity with modern AI-enabled marketing tools and workflows.
  • Fluent English; additional languages are beneficial.
