Marketing Manager – Construction Industry

Location: Harefield, Uxbridge (Office-Based)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Salary: £28,000 – £35,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Driving Licence: Full UK driving licence required

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Manager to take ownership of all marketing activity across our construction business. This is a standalone role, ideal for someone who enjoys building and managing a marketing function end-to-end.

You will be responsible for developing and delivering marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, support business growth, and generate leads across multiple service areas. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but we will also consider candidates with strong marketing knowledge, the right attitude, and the ability to adapt quickly. Experience in the construction or property sector would be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Create and manage annual and quarterly marketing plans
  • Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity
  • Manage marketing budgets and report on return on investment (ROI)
Campaign Management
  • Plan, deliver, and optimise multi‑channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, and offline)
  • Promote construction projects, services, and company milestones
  • Work with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver campaign assets
Digital Marketing
  • Manage and update the company website, ensuring SEO best practices
  • Oversee social media channels with consistent, brand‑aligned content
  • Create and schedule email marketing campaigns and newsletters
  • Track analytics and optimise performance to improve engagement and conversions
Brand & Content Management
  • Maintain a consistent brand identity across all platforms and materials
  • Develop and manage brand guidelines and visual assets
  • Produce content including case studies, project updates, brochures, presentations, and video briefs
  • Coordinate photography and videography of construction projects
  • Support PR activity to strengthen industry reputation
Sales & Business Development Support
  • Create sales collateral, bid support materials, and tender content
  • Work closely with senior management to align marketing with business development goals
  • Provide tailored marketing content for tenders and proposals
Agency & Supplier Management
  • Manage relationships with external marketing agencies, designers, and printers
  • Coordinate internal teams to gather content and project information
  • Oversee timelines, workflows, and quality control of all marketing outputs
Skills & Experience
Essential
  • Degree in Marketing or a related discipline
  • Strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Experience using social media platforms, marketing tools, and analytics
  • High attention to detail and a proactive, hands‑on approach
  • Full UK driving licence
