Role introduction

As the Marketing Manager, you will help develop, strategize and implement marketing campaigns for our clients, leading a small team of specialists across copywriting, design, video editing and implementation. You’ll work closely with our Head of Fulfilment and Traffic & Conversion Manager to drive aligned results, with the creativity to strategize ideas and execute.

This includes:

• Developing monthly marketing playbooks to share with clients and manage campaign implementation through the team.
• Managing seamless delivery of content marketing efforts, including monthly email newsletters, blog content and monthly campaign delivery.
• Receiving marketing tasks from the Account Management team and developing executional strategies with your team to achieve outcomes.
• Being part of the leadership team, attending weekly leadership meetings, quarterly in-person leadership meetings, and being accountable for client campaign success.
• Delivering marketing masterclasses to clients through online trainings, Zoom presentations and in-person sessions.

Compensation and benefits

The wage is between £45,000 and £55,000 depending on experience.
