We are working with a premium restaurant brand to find them a talented Marketing Manager to join their growing team.

This is a standout opportunity to join a dynamic, experience-led hospitality group that’s redefining modern luxury dining through a collection of bold, culturally rich restaurant and bar concepts across London.

The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping and executing the marketing vision across multiple high-profile venues, working across digital, PR, content, partnerships, and brand activations. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, this person will bring a balance of creativity, commercial insight, and operational excellence to the role.

Please note: This role is base full-time in office / on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across all brands in the portfolio
  • Manage content creation, email marketing, paid media, and performance analytics
  • Liaise with PR and creative agencies to ensure consistent and impactful brand messaging
  • Support new venue launches, strategic collaborations, and seasonal activations
  • Coordinate influencer outreach, content calendars, and photoshoots
  • Analyse market trends and guest feedback to shape strategy
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment across all brand touchpoints

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Solid experience in brand marketing, ideally within premium hospitality, lifestyle, or F&B
  • Strong digital, social media, and content marketing skills
  • Excellent project management and organisational capabilities
  • A strategic mindset with a sharp creative edge
  • Confidence in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Passion for hospitality, guest experience, and premium lifestyle brands
  • Salary up to £55,000
