Are you a strategic yet hands-on marketer with a flair for storytelling and digital engagement? We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy for a specialist contractor delivering complex engineering and construction projects across the UK. In this role, you’ll shape the organisation’s profile as a trusted partner for challenging infrastructure projects, ensuring its expertise is visible to clients, communities, and industry peers.

What we’re looking for
  • Proven B2B marketing experience (construction, engineering, or professional services preferred)
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to turn technical detail into engaging stories
  • Confident in creating video and photography for marketing use
  • Proficiency across LinkedIn, CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), email marketing, and CRM systems
  • Competence with design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator
  • Highly organised, able to juggle multiple priorities with a proactive approach
Desirable extras
  • Experience with tender/bid marketing in regulated industries
  • Knowledge of SEO best practice, GA4, and Search Console
  • CIM qualification or equivalent
